Day 2 - Wednesday


Breakfast



Oatmeal with: 
Un-sweetened almond milk, fresh blackberries and strawberries, cinnamon
Smoothie: avocado, strawberries, spinach, un-sweetened almond milk
1 Hardboiled egg

Snack
Peppers, cucumbers, carrots with almond butter as dip
Nectarine

Lunch
Leftovers:
Roast Potatoes
Salmon from Monday
Squash, green bean, chickpea salad
1Apple-pear (yes its one fruit! I was craving sweets...)

After work snack

Dinner
(before cooked, forgot after!)

Chicken breast with an oat crust spiced with oregano and thyme
Quinoa
Asparagus baked
Kale & Spinach salad with: home grown sprouts, chia seed, pumpkin seed, cucumber,
Dressing: avocado, lemon, grape seed oil

Energy: Great!
Feeling: Awesome today. Had a great day at work, got lots done/learned some new things (always a bonus in my eyes, a day without learning = not the best of days at all...) My stomach was a bit off after work and I had to go to the 2 toilet twice today...
Workout: Physical things at work: chainsawing, hiking. 

Boyfriend:
Said he was peeing a lot (every half hour-hour), almost pooped himself at the end of the day, but felt good otherwise!
