Oatmeal with apples and cinnamon 
Scrambled eggs with kale and onions

Applepear, rice crisp puffx2

Spinach salad with strawberries
Leftover chicken

Veggies and hummus
Nectarine

After work snack
2 rice puff crisp with almond butter and an apple pear on top

Dinner
Chicken breast
Roast potatoes... no veggies =( boyfriend!!!
